Here Chicky Chicky

Chicken soup may be good for the soul but it is not so good when you are on a liquid diet. Yes. Liquid Diet. Whoever invented a liquid diet should be shot. This is not a diet by choice but by necessity as I am having surgery (minor procedure) in the morrow. So not only do I only get clear liquids up till midnight tonight, but I don't have surgery until around 1 pm. Don't they know I am hungry?????

It seems that if someone were having surgery in the afternoon, they would lift some of the stipulations some. I mean, jeez, I can only have clear liquids all day, can't eat after midnight, and I have surgery at 1pm meaning I can't eat all day. What were they thinking???????

So I am already looking forward to a nice steak dinner after my surgery. Can taste it.

So, when you are eating your delicious meals tonight, enjoy them! Savor each moment.

I am making a list of yummy foods to eat after during my recovery.

So when they said Chicken Soup for the soul, was not on a liquid diet.
