Time for Egypt

Ok. It is here. It s hours away. Egypt! WHOO HOO. Those who are going are excited as am I and we are in for an amazing healing. I can feel it happening already!

This is a new beginning for all of us. I am clear, by the message from Isis, that we are shifting rapidly. I think this trip is not only healing for us, but healing for you, and the planet.

There is something big going to happen out of this and you are included.

Poor Zoe is besides herself with me leaving. She doesn't know what to do. My friend Nancy stayed over Sat and Sun and Zoe was so upset, she peed on Nancy's pajamas. I am giving her a lot of love. It is a long time for her to be away from me, but she is in good hands.

So we are finally here. The land of the Pharaohs. The power and mystique of the pyramids. The wonder and beauty of the Nile. It is a sacred place. Grounding. Healing. Nurturing and magical.

I am not sure what internet will be like so don't expect to hear from me. HOWEVER, anything is possible and you may be surprised. It will be Bonus.

Now between now and the time I get back, immerse yourself in the energy that is surrounding you. Let love in. Let God and the Universe or Source take you in the arms and nurture you. Allow Yourself to release all of the old energy and create the new.

Life throws in a few surprises here and there. Ya never know what you are going to get. Things shift directions in an instant. You think it is going one way and BAM a curve ball from no where. Then it goes in a totally in a different direction. No warning, BAM.

To shake you up a little here and there. Hey why not. Otherwise life gets boring.

But you got to go with the flow as they say.

Take a deep breath, roll up your sleeves and say bring it on baby, bring it on.

Prepare for Impact

Breathe. There is alot happening on the planet. Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, times, they are a changing. That includes environmentally, human form, everything.

This is all to raise our vibration. The world, universe, people, animals, plants are all shifting and raising our vibration to a higher dimension. It is time.

Everything you say and do has an impact on your vibration and ultimately the planet. Where you can make a difference is focusing on positive thoughts, positive energies and the healing of Mother Earth.

Watch what you say and do. If you are going to make an impact, make sure it is positive. Speak only positive things. Look for the gold in everyone.

Leave a positive mark wherever you go. Make an impact. Smile more.

Happy Earth Day.

Happy Earth Day! It is a day to honor and celebrate the Earth and all it's beauty. Mother Nature is releasing energy on the planet at this time and it is a good thing. But it is important to do our part too. The movie Oceans came out today. About the mysteries of the deep blue sea. Our oceans are a major part of the Earth and they are dying.

So often people are lazy in dropping things or leaving things behind. Most of the time it is unconsciousness. What if, for this week, you took on a practice. Not just an practice but one that impacts the Earth and empowers you at the same time.

Take on Challenge: leaving things better than you found them.

So that could mean picking up a coffee cup that someone left and disposing of it properly. It could mean washing that dish that has been in your sink for a a few days. It could also mean donating to a "Green" cause.

What ever it is, take on, leaving things better than you found them. Try it on. For one week. See what happens.

Make the Earth a Green, Clean Loving Machine.......... Whoo Hoo!

Go Ye Forth

The more that you strive for excellence the more breakdowns happen. Breakdowns only happen when you are playing a big game. Most people are playing way to small.

When you can see that breakdowns are inevitable for expansion, then you can move beyond them with ease.

If there are no breakdowns, you are playing too small.

Look at who you are, look at where you want to be and go for it. Everything in between is just part of the journey. :)

Isis Speaks

I had a channelling of Isis tonight. It was amazing. She talked about letting go of fear and doubt and how trusting yourself was critical.

She mentioned that we as a planet are shifting and we are energetically purging, hence the earthquakes, fires, volcanos etc. We are experiencing it emotionally, physically and mentally. Not to mention spiritually. With the massive earth energy releasing, it is critical to breathe at this time. Breathe and relax, enjoy, life. No stress or suffering allowed

It is critical to follow who you are and why you are here and to bring light to the planet.

Start getting clear about who you are and why you are here and then go for that vision.

It was amazing. It was powerful for me as well as the message.

Isis has been my guide for years and she always comes in very powerfully before and around the times I go to Egypt. Not just for me, for everyone.

I will transcribe the channelling and post it so you can see it soon.

Meanwhile, connect to Isis and ask what she wants you to know. You may be surprised.

Words of the WIse

Today was a day of a lot of healing, laughter, tears, joy. We are all embarking on changes and there is so much happening in the universe. It is time to embrace the changes that are happening. Not to be afraid, new beginnings. Take a deep breath and relax. All will work out in the universe.

Really allow yourself to grow during this period. To Heal. To Laugh. To Cry. To explore. To ponder. To create. To live. To reignite your passion. Take time to experience all of life's endeavors and mysteries.

Take time to really embrace who you are. You are a gift to this planet . Play. Laugh. Sing. Dance. Paint. Access your creativity.

Life the life you always wanted.

It is a time of purging on the planet. Don't resist it. Let the emotions come and go. Don't sweat the small stuff. Trust that you will be taken care of. All is well in the world. :)

Limitless and Amazing

What would you do if there were no limitations. That you could not fail. That life would always turn out? What would you do?

Would you go on exciting vacations? Would you do a job that you really love? Would you do the things that have always wanted to do?

Most people spend too much time wondering, "What if", "I could never", "That's impossible" to actually live a life that they dreamed of. What if life could go the way you want, what if life could be the life of your dreams??????

Well in reality, there is no limitations, you could not fail and life will always turn out.

That Darn Cat

Zoe the magic cat strikes again. This cat, of all things, has learned to sit on command! I have taught her she gets a treat if i ask her to sit and she does. It is the funniest thing this cat.

When she gets more reliable, I will put a video on you tube. It is quite cute.

I say sit, she sits, slowly, and when she gets all the way down, she gets a treat.

This is more proof that she is not from this world.

She also is psychic (as well as Psycho) lol. I have been itching like crazy due to the medicine I am on, to the point where I am welting up from scratching. If I keep scratching my arms, legs, back etc, my skin will fall off. She has begun to go to where I itch and either knead it (she is clawless) or lick. It is amazing.

She is a love monkey that is for sure. It reminds me when she looks at me, that all is well in the world. When I am sad, I can hug her and the way she looks at me just makes everything ok. When I am happy, I can hug her and just feel the love pouring off. She is a good reminder that all is well and unconditional love prevails.

Now is the time. Time for what you ask? Time for you to live your life. The way you want it. I have said this before and I am sure I will say it again. YOU ARE LIMITLESS. Live your dreams. If you want to travel, travel. If you want to work for yourself, work for yourself.

There is nothing you can't do be or have. You have it all.

It is time for you to live your life and live your dreams. No one can do it for you. You have to do it.

Get clear on what you want in life. Your Dreams are your dreams! There is no dream that is not worth living. All your dreams were given to you by the universe to fulfill; who are you to not fulfill them????

The Beauty of Lemonade

Whenever life hands you challenges, it is an opportunity for you to grow. You have a choice, be overwhelmed by the "challenge" or move through it. Think Survivor or Biggest Loser; when they have challenges they go at them full force. (Usually there is a prize involved). But the prizes of this challenge is life.

It is like the saying goes, "when life hands you lemons, make lemonade" And Lemonade tastes oh so good this time of year.

There is no challenge you can't handle and the universe will only give you what you can handle.

So knowing that as challenges come upon you, take a sip of lemonade and say bring it on baby, bring it on!

You will fly through challenges. :)

Make sure you have plenty of lemonade on hand........

Roses are Red

Take time to stop and smell the roses. Life moves fast and it is important to take time to breathe, rest, relax and smell the roses. When you take time, life slows down and you can enjoy it more. When it is rushing by, it is all a blur.

Make every moment count. Life is only what you make of it. There is a great quote..... Life is not about finding yourself, it is about creating yourself!

That can only happen when you Stop and smell the roses! :)

Merkaba and Time Travel

The energy of the universe is shifting drastically. I am teaching the Merkaba Workshop tomorrow and today I was preparing for it and took a nap. I went into a whole new dimension. I saw all these lines and grids around me and then there was blackness and nothingness. It was such a state of peace. Meanwhile the lights around me got bigger and brighter. I felt like I time traveled and when I woke up, It was like I had been gone about 5 years. In reality it was only an hour and half.

I woke up definitely feeling a shift happening. I felt like I released tons of blocks and and stored energy.

The Merkaba energy is rising and for most of us has been dormant for over 13,000 years. Now it is being reactivated and people are shifting. Life is shifting and the energy of the Earth is shifting. Many of the Ancient teachings and Atlantean energies are surfacing again. It is time.

The Merkaba energy is 4th dimensional and gives us access to another dimension while living in a 3rd dimensional world. The 3rd dimension is the lowest vibration. We are steadily moving to a higher vibration as a planet.

I was asked to create a Merkaba grid and healing in Egypt. I am not sure how it will work out but given the energy of Egypt I know it will be powerful. We will probably be doing it at the Temple of Abydos which is where the Flower of Life is.


Expect to hear more about the Merkaba in the next few years. Especially around 2012 and the shift to the new era.

What Works Already Works.......

When you go to work on things that already work in your life, you get smaller. Because you are already working on what works. When you work on what isn't working, you get bigger because what you are working on becomes what works and therefore leaving you bigger.

We are not perfect. We make mistakes. BUT knowing that you are human then you know that there is always something to be at work on. It could be working on your integrity, forgiveness, a certain attitude or even letting go of doubts or fears. There is always something to be at work on in your life.

Embrace the things about you that work. And embrace even more the things that are not working. If you take a magnifying glass and look at your life, you will see there is always someplace to transform and grow. Nothing wrong. But opportunities that the universe is handing at you to resolve. Consider a gift. Nothing happens for a reason.

While is is not easy to look at your life this way, it will give you enormous power. When you become aware of it, then you can actually do something about it. While it is still hidden, then you don't have the opportunity to grow.

Allow yourself the gift of growth. You are in a PHD program, called LIFE. :) There is always, always, always, always going to be some space, fear, doubt to move through. The faster you go to work on what isn't working, the less suffering you have.

What works already works. You did great with that. Now look at what you want to develop and take it on.

Living a life of peace.....game worth playing.

Truth as a Gift

The most important thing you can do is tell the truth to your self. So many times we stay in situations that no longer serve us and we have all the reasons, valid ones, but reasons none-the-less. Your heart always knows when it is time to move on, whether your ego does or not.

Even as scary or confronting as it may be, it is time for new beginnings. When one door closes, another opens.

The universe will do all it can to support you on your path, but sometimes taking that action, that next step, is what you need to get the ball rolling.

When you are not telling the truth to yourself, you have a heavy heart. The Truth shall set you free.

Courage is having fear and taking action anyway. In the long run, you will be happier, even if in the moment you are afraid or sad.

Living life in the moment. There is nothing nothing nothing worth suffering over. :)

Life is amazing! When you are not telling the truth to yourself, you let it pass you by.

Take time today to get clear on who you are and what YOUR life is about. Tell the truth about it.

Suffering Not Allowed!

Suffering does not exist in reality. I mean there is real pain, but suffering has a "It should be" phenomenon. Whenever you compare yourself to others, there is suffering. When ever life should be another way, there is suffering.

Suffering is optional. You have the power to create and live your life exactly as you want it. It does not mean that there won't be challenges, but challenges do not equate suffering. Life gives us challenges but you can approach them from a standpoint of a victim or you can approach the challenges like bring it on baby!

Sit back and enjoy the ride. Remember Suffering is optional on the journey.

The game just got good!

Life is a Gift

I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren't there for the day.

I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage.

I would have talked less and listened more.

I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained, or the sofa faded.

I would have eaten the popcorn in the 'good' living room and worried much less about the dirt when someone wanted to light a fire in the fireplace.

I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.

I would have shared more of the responsibility carried by my husband.

I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.

I would have sat on the lawn with my grass stains.

I would have cried and laughed less while watching television and more while watching life.

I would never have bought anything just because it was practical, wouldn't show soil, or was guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I'd have cherished every moment and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.

When my kids kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, 'Later. Now go get washed up for dinner.' There would have been more 'I love you's' More 'I'm sorry's.'

But mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute.look at it and really see it . live it and never give it back. STOP SWEATING THE SMALL STUFF!!!

Don't worry about who doesn't like you, who has more, or who's doing what. Instead, let's cherish the relationships we have with those who do love us.

Take time to live life.... and enjoy the ride.....WOOO HOOOO!

Now and Now and Now

All you have is today. Each moment counts. Yesterday has already passed. Tomorrow has not come. Everything you relate to, is from your past. So if there is no past, what have you got? Nothing. Nothing in which you can create anything. There is no fear. There is no doubt. There is only peace and what you create.

So you CAN have the life of your dreams. Every moment. There is nothing holding you back.

Excitement is Contagious!

Excitement causes things to grow and build. I am getting so excited about going to Egypt. We have 3 1/2 weeks! Yahoozy! I can taste the food, I can smell the smells.........

I am already there.

When you are excited, you create a strong momentum around you. You have things happen faster than if then if you weren't excited. Excitement raises your vibration and has things grow. Naturally.

It doesn't have to be something big like Egypt to make you excited.... I get excited over cupcakes!

Take some time to create excitement about something everyday. You will see how much more fun life really is...........

Zoe and the Crystals

Ok so tonight Zoe has decided that she wants to rearrange my crystals. She often likes to play with the crystals and loves the energy of them. Sometimes she likes to bat them around and often rearranges them in my bedroom by my window. Sometimes they are in a perfect line, not how I left them at all. When I do healings on people, especially crystal therapy, she loves to be a part of it.

So tonight she went on my coffee table and knocked off my (very expensive) smokey quartz from Peru and was batting it around. NO Zoe, This is not a toy. This is an expensive crystal. She looked so sad. So I went and got a small crystal, a tumbled rose quartz, that she can play with. She is running back and forth playing with the rose quartz. I told her that it was her special stone and she could play with it all she likes. So she was as happy as a clam! Now she has been batting it around for a bit. My neighbors below must love it as I have beautiful hard wood floors.

So now she is carrying it in her mouth. Crazy cat. There she goes batting it again.

The things that entertain us. But you know, it makes me happy to see her so happy. She is my monkey love bug.

Do things that make you happy. Even if it is in watching and learning from others.

The innocence of a child brings wonder to our lives.

Pets bring unconditional love. What a great lesson to be a part of.
