Lights Camera Action
You can create all you want. But if you are not taking action, it is all just a good insight or idea.
When you create and create and the energy is out in the universe manifesting your heart's desires, if you don't take action to have it happen, it won't.
Action is the key to producing results. When you take action, it tells the universe that you are serious...
Whether the action is making a call, doing research, applying.... taking action will bring in what you want.
Creation + Action = Manifestation

Aha! I have been waiting all day for Neptune to bring me the message about the black dolphin! I now realise he wanted me to share it, so here it is - straight from Neptune:
