Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real

Today I am writing about the pervasive nature of fear.

Fear- The Acronym for fear is: FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL

Most people have a deep rooted level of fear that at best the tip of is conscious. The fear that human beings carry right now goes deep. It is not based on reality. There is a fear of the unknown, a fear of failure, a fear of success, a fear of loss and most prominently, the fear of ‘What if”.

That is governing the life of human beings. Human beings for the most part are walking around in fear pretending they aren’t or unconscious to the fact they are. Fear is the overwhelming conversation on the planet.

Our Brains are programmed to think and act from fear. Except that doesn’t leave much if any room for creation. Creation is a pure energy and fear puts out the light on creation.

There are two types of fear:

Real fear or authentic fear. Which is when your life is truly being threatened and questioned in the next moment. For example, your car is going over a cliff and you have no idea if in the next moment you will survive. Or a gun is being held to your head. You have no idea if and when the trigger is pulled you will survive. The next moment is questioned.

Unreal Fear or False Fear is everything else. The ‘what ifs’, the fear of failure, the unknown, all the experiences that SEEM like you will not survive or life is threatened but in reality, it is actually not. There is no question of whether the next moment of your life is being threatened although it may appear like it is. We live our life 99% of the time in some form of false fear, pretending it is real. We very rarely have real fear present in our life.


The experience of both are exactly the same. Your heart, mind and body react in the same way. Our Brain patterns are the same. But when you can determine between the two fears, you will see that life is not actually being threatened, then you can move forward.

Nothing is holding you back. The fears, doubts, worries, concerns are not based in any reality. They are perceived notions that happened in the past. If you never had an experience of rejection, you would not hesitate to do something that you could get rejected. It wouldn’t be in your brain pattern. However, the moment you got rejected, you would have a brain pattern that would then predict the next time and there would be hesitancy.

Living free from fear takes courage. Courage is having fear and acting anyways. Fear is the absence of confidence. You can not have confidence and fear at the same time. When fear shows up, you have a choice. Let is stop you, or take a deep breath and move forward. That is it.

The more you can see that you live in a life of False Fear, the more you will have freedom to live and CREATE the life you love.

Living Life Right Now

Life is a mystery. We are so engrossed so much in life that sometimes we miss it. I was in Turkey last week thinking about all the places I wanted to visit, and I was in TURKEY!

The Hopi Indians didn't have a word for past or future. If you engaged with them in conversation about the past, they didn't know what you meant. They lived in the moment.

So many humans "Think" they live in the moment and have no idea what it actually means to live in the moment now. They think that one moment of being present is having them in the moment. Not really.

When you are in the moment now, you are nowhere else. You are present to what is happening in the moment. Right now. You are alive. There is no fear, doubt, worry holding you back. You are 100% present, in life, in the moment. You are not projecting fear or worry. You are just being.

Being here now is a challenge but it is also a great reward. If you are in the moment you are living life.

Play full out in the moment, 135%. Life is short. There is nowhere to get. You are living in the moment now. Not yesterday, not tomorrow. Right now!

Thinking vs being Positive

There is a difference in positive thinking and being positive.

Positive thinking or magical thinking is in hopes that something will turn out. There is a magical sense of it. Good intentions but no real fulfillment. There is a sense of hope and doubt.

Being positive is a whole different game. You can be positive despite your circumstance. You can create a positive energy at any time. this is a creation. There is no doubt, no fear and no worry. You just are positive. It is who you are. Being always gives fulfillment. When you are being positive, life happens and miracles happen.

The key is to notice when you are being positive and thinking positive. Thinking positive will not leave you fulfilled. Being positive always has you fulfilled.


Take on being positive. Remember everything begins with Being.....

This is Your Life

If your happy and you know it clap your hands (Clap Clap).

What does it really mean to be happy? A life that is full of joy, of love, of forgiveness and compassion. Where no one or nothing gets me down. Where I can be who I am.

We spend so much time on what other people think, do or say and it gets us down. Why? They do what they do and it has nothing to do with you. You are your own unique self! You can only be upset at what other people do or say if you choose to. At any moment you have a choice.

Life is easy. It was never meant to be suffering. It is meant to be full of joy, wisdom, fun and adventure. You are the creator of that.

Why do we hold onto things? We live in a 3rd dimensional world full of fear, survival, "DRAMA", anger, etc. Love and joy can not exist in that realm. The more you focus on love and joy, the more you are out of that realm of fear. It actually takes less energy to be at peace than to be angry. We keep creating our anger and frustration. haven't you noticed that when you don't think about the thing which you are angry about, you are not angry? But we spend so much time and energy focusing on the things that don't make a difference, that we actually solidify it. WHY?

I don't let things bother me any more. life is to short to hold on to someone elses 'stuff'. Let them deal with it. I don't have to. By choosing people in your life that inspire you, you can be who you are.


Life is really short. You can either live life, or you can wait for it to happen. :)

Happiness is a choice. Happiness for no reason, other than I say so!
