Live Life-------- Be Strong---- WHOO YEA!

Today I went to the New Life Expo in NYC. It was an awesome, fun and lively experience. Given my upcoming surgery, I am open to any and all healing environments and situations.

I had samples of raw chocolate, many samples of super food in many and every forms, chocolate that makes you lose weight, alkalized water, and more. I had my feet ionized and detoxed and an infrared laser shot into my body. There were 30 psychics all begging and vowing that their psychic readings were life altering. (Except, they were not thrilled when I told them I also do readings.) There were crystals in every form you could imagine, crystals that sang, crystals that balanced negative energy, and of course there was 100 healers offering healing of every type.

Did you know that there are 6 million products out there that promise it is the only product you will ever need??????? That would cut back on a lot of shopping time and but would create a lot of useless energy spent on trying to figure out which one is the only one YOU need and why.

Who knew that super food came in so many varieties. Powder, Liquid, Nuts, Chocolate, Powdered Nuts and Chocolate, sprays, and more.

What was going to be a 2-3 hour journey, ended 8 hours later. I came home expo-ed out with many items that promised longevity, detoxification, and various types of healing.

I am now shielding radiation from my cell phone and sporting a pendant that shields radiation from your cell phone as well as drinking lavish alkalized water and munching on raw/super food snacks. NICE!

While giving it a hard rap, I can honestly say, the expo was great. I learned alot, healed alot, ate a lot and obviously spent alot. Like any expo, some things stand out as really really great and others you just walk on by.

When there are so many choices, choose the ones that work best with you. There are many 'cheap interpretations' out there and many products that are the real deal.

Don't be fooled into something that doesn't jive with what you need or want. Trust your guidance. Needless to say I am very happy with all my purchases but it is easy to get enamored and overwhelmed with all the super this and that out there. (However, I almost purchased some way out there things that I really don't need, thank God for short memory spans)

Trust yourself. Life is good, health is great and fun is even better.

Treat yourself to something fun, educational and health enhancing.

Be open, Live, laugh, and don't forget your super-food (for those super human types)!
