Take a Deep Breath

Life is a funny thing. Sometimes you just got to take a deep breath and move through it. Other times you need to laugh. Sometimes you need to cry. It can vary from minute to minute.

The more that you are in tune with what your body needs, the more you can give it back. Laughter is a release! We must laugh to survive. Crying is also a release, it detoxes your body.

Listen to not only what your body needs, but also what it wants. The more you listen, the more you learn.

Practice today honoring your body, mind and soul.
