Itching, Scratching, Itching Scratching....

Ok. Internal Itching. This is not a fun thing. My body is healing, amazingly. I am finishing my last round of chemo (Inshallah- God willing) tonight and my body is itching. Like Crazy. I have been dealing with itching since 2 weeks before this round. There has been times where I bathed in oatmeal, lathered in lavender, and slathered lotion all over me. The itching came and went. Hives came and went. Got used to it. Moved beyond it.

Now, I have itching of another kind. My nerve endings are coming back and it feels like itching, but it is inside of me. But when I scratch it doesn't work. The itching is totally inside. It is like when there is a tickle in your throat and you can't get to it. Or when the bottom of your foot itches and nothing helps. Am I the only one who has ever had this experience?????

Anyway, I have internal itching. I get to ride it out. I almost prefer the external itching as I could take alot of baths without question. Not that anyone would question me; I live alone. Except for Zoe. She doesn't care how many baths I take. She takes 10 a day at least.

So I think someone should create a cure for "internal" itching. Maybe I am on to a new phenomenon...

It is like winning the lottery. One in a million....... hey you never know.
