Ways to KEEP your vibrations High During the Holidays.
So today on the Empower Hour Radio Show we talked about keeping your vibration high during the holidays. It is important to keep your vibration high year round but more importantly during the holidays.
There are certain things that trigger up for the holidays more than any other time of year.
1) Family- sometimes our families "Drive us crazy" during the holidays. Give up expectations, past based thoughts and bring love, compassion, forgiveness and understanding. See your family in light and love, Bring forth forgiveness. Have compassion for what THEY are going through. Remember, you may drive them crazy too. Be the light for your family and be the example of love.
2) Work-Sometimes work can be stressful during the holidays, trying to get done 'end of the year' quotas, budgets etc. For some it is losing a job or the fear of losing a job. This is always a trigger. have a commitment to being stress free and honor that. Leave your work at work. Bring balance to your home and career. Take Deep breaths several times a day. That releases stress build up.
3) Money- definitely money seems to be a conversation of stress for the holidays, not having enough, spending to much, waiting for Holiday Bonuses that don't come. Do not let that get you down. When you worry about money, it lowers your vibration and brings you to poverty conscious rather than a wealth conscious. Be conscious and aware and grateful for the money you have and know that you can always create more
4) Relationships- people often get depressed during the holidays, especially when they are alone. Spend time with people. Be social during the holidays and make sure you have a place to be. It doesn't matter that you are in a 'romantic relationship'. Know that other people love you and embrace that love. The romance will come when you love yourself.
5) Memories- sometimes holidays bring up memories from the past. People that are no longer in our lives, situations we were once involved with and are no longer. This can bring sadness sometimes. Focus on the good memories, celebrate yourself. Create NEW Memories.
Ways to keep the vibration high, DMV- Daily Affirmations, Meditation, Visualization. Other tools use, diffuse, lavender, sea salt baths, deep breathing, bringing awareness to the situation.
Use this holiday to expand, to bring awareness and to love. Know that you are light and it is time to shine the light where ever you go!
