Sing. Sing a song. Make it simple. To last a whole night long. Don't worry if it's not good enough, for anyone else to hear. Just Sing, Sing a song.

Singing takes away your blues. You CAN'T be upset, angry when you sing. Singing opens your throat (and heart) chakra and raised your vibration.

If you are angry or upset, take a moment to sing a song. It works like a charm

When I am upset I put on something like Abba or something I really like. Even when I am happy I put on something that will raise my vibration. (Abba is always good)

If you are always conscious of raising your vibration, then you will find ways to do that. Singing and music is only one of them. It is so healing.

I love to sing. I sing as much as I can (although I am not the singer I was when I was performing and in constant singing and music lessons). Sometimes Zoe even tolerates it.

There are so many messages in singing and in music. If you listen you can hear them.

For example- Think of your fellow man, lend him a helping hand, put a little love in your heart.

You are the dancin' queen, young and sweet only 17, dancing queen, feel the beat from the tambourine, you can dance, you can jive, having the time of your life, see that girl, watch that scene, diggin' the dancin' queen.


This one has a particularly powerful message. It stands alone.

Imagine there is no heaven, it easy if you try. No hell below us. Above us only sky. Imagine all the people, living for today. Imagine there is no country. It isn't hard to do. Nothing to kill or die for, and no religions too. Imagine all the people living life in peace. You may say I am a dreamer, but I am not the only one. I hope someday you'll join us and the world will live as one.
