Happy New Year!

Happy New Year or should I say Happy YOU year. This year is promising to be exciting and fulfilling and fun. This year is about discovering who you are and discovering what life is about. It is about growing and healing and being true to who you are.

I will be doing a lot of workshops and adding things to this blog that will keep you on the path. I will give you challenges to keep you motivated and in action. Together, we will raise our vibration into the heart chakra and live a life filled with love and bliss.

I am back from the Bahamas and what an adventure it was! I will share more as I process it. I did not have a signal while I was there so It is good to be back writing. It was a very special trip. The dolphins are very healing and very beautiful. Their grace and their beauty was something to behold. I felt such a connection to them. I also swam with Manatees. The marine life loved me. I had a Manatee (I named him Charley) who fell in love with me. He was by my side and kept kissing me. (these were wild Manatees mind you). I will post pictures of both the dolphins and manatees as well as share about the adventures we had soon.

It was like being in a timeless capsule. There was no time. I didn't know what day or time it was and I didn't care. It was being present in the moment. There was no worries about things on the mainland, no worries about things to come just beautiful energy.

I really noticed something. It dawned me more today when I got back than when I was there. When you speak negative about some one or some situation, it creates a negative energy around you. I try to not be judgemental and accept everyone. I saw that I do pass judgements and I did on some people we traveled with. They were a great group but I definitely had my opinions about some of them. You will always have opinions. But when you express them like they are the truth, it becomes gossip, which is deadly. Gossip kills. This year, I am taking on not saying anything bad about anyone. Even if my "opinion" is accurate. (It will always be a point of view despite the validity of it). It will take something as I too am human. It is a muscle I am out to develop strength and mastery in.

When you speak negatively (even in innocent conversation) it lowers your vibration. We are all here to learn and to practice love. 2010 is about the heart chakra. Practicing non judgement will open your heart and move you to a higher vibration.

That is what we are here for.

So I am taking on only speaking from the heart of people. I invite you to take it on. Each day create it newly or you will forget.

If you make a mistake, get back on the horse. It takes practice.
