A Complaint Free World

Three days until Christmas. Can you believe it? I am home relaxing (trying to anyways) in the South and counting the days until I am with the dolphins. (1 week from today).

I love being with my family, but I am much more excited about being with my dolphin family. I know massive healing will take place, both for me and for them.

New worlds are opening.

There is alot that is happening in the next 10 days or so until the new year. Take time to reflect, to heal and to create.

This is an opportunity to spread joy where ever you go. I have been mentioning it all week but, spreading joy is simple and makes a difference.

From now until Christmas, don't say anything negative. Not about anyone, any situation or anything. (3 days without complaining or gossip.............totally can be done). Challenge:If someone says negative things or complains to you, see if you can turn it positive. Don't participate or listen to the negative things.

See how you feel at the end of 3 days...........

I promise you will have a better holiday season because of it. If at the end of the 3 days, you will have the choice to go back and complain or continue to life a complaint free life.
