Habit Yourself
Create a new habit today. Most of our days are spent doing old habits or patterns. Most that are unconscious. What if you consciously created new habits. Habits that inspired you, made a difference for you, made you smile. Then, if you created that,what difference would it make for each person you come into contact with.
Old Habits die hard, new habits are what is possible.
Examples of new habits:
Acknowledging people's smile
Saying Hello to strangers with a smile
Leaving quarters in gumball machines for children or meters for cars
Complimenting people around you
Writing inspirational thoughts and leaving them for people to find
Saying 10 unexpected and positive things for people that alter their day
Paying it forward
