Focus on the Good

When life gets ya down, think of the positive. There are so many good things around us that if you focus on that for a nano second, then you can actually see that there are more good things in life than not so good things.

When you focus on the good and not the not so good, life somehow turns out. There are so many beautiful things that life has to offer, choose one and see what happens. Take one a day, (not the vitamin), from the following examples to get you started. Of course you can make up your own.

1) The love you give and receive
2) The people and animals who love you
3) Sunny days
4) The ocean and dolphins
5) Gratitude
6) the difference you made today or who you made smile
7) Nature and all it's offerings
8)Music
9) Your favorite thing to do
10) The things you have accomplished.

Focus on the good things in your life for several consecutive days and see what happens. It will all turn out, it always does.
