Living: Playing: Creating:

Yay, another day has come and gone. That is life folks. Another day will come and go unless you do something , take some action and create something in fulfilling your heart's desire. (the day will still come and go regardless but at least you will have something to show for it rather than being a couch potato -which I have proudly become since my surgery- or live by default).

Remember if you are not creating something, you are living by default. Having had a few bouts of melanoma, I have come very clear to LIVE LIFE NOW. It is time now to follow your dreams, live life now, make life happen and create yourself.

I went to my follow up today and both the surgeon and my oncologist were thrilled with my progress. Even though I am resting and doing things here and there, they were amazed at exactly how much I am doing and creating in this time of recovery.

Don't dwell on what isn't working, dwell on what you are creating. What is important to you and the difference you want to make. If you dwell on what isn't working in your life, you will only create more energy around that.

Life is now. Not tomorrow. Not in two years or when you retire, but now. No better time than the present and no better present than right now.

Go for it..........Throw the ball through the hoop and play full out.
