Would You Like a Side of Laughter With That?
Laughter is the best medicine. It is. It taste better than cough syrup too.
Laugh. Laugh. Laugh. Do things that bring laughter. Watch old movies, watch puppies and kittens playing, sing a silly song. Laughter raises your vibration and then magic starts happening. The more you laugh, the happier you get, the happier you get, the more life happens.
The holidays can be a tiring time for people. Make time to do things that are fun and bring laughter and joy. The holidays can also be a great time to laugh and to reminisce.

There is no wrong way to laugh. Take time each day to laugh, for 5 seconds or 5 minutes. You will be happy you did.
