Daily Percentage of what?????????

How much is the daily percentage? I mean, if you look at a label of something and it says for example 20% of your daily requirement, 20% of what?

So I had a Snapple today and it said 30% of daily requirement of Vitamin C. So if I drink 3.5 Snapple's does that mean I fulfill my daily percentage of Vitamin C? Makes sense to me.

So if that is the case, you could go crazy trying to get the right amount of the right things. 10% here. 50% here. Less than 1% here. You are either going to eat a lot, be frustrated or something.

If you tried to reach 100% of your daily requirement for each one, it will be a massive thought process. Ok so I had 30% Vitamin D, 50% Calcium and 10% Iron. Now you do the math.......... You have to have 2 1/2 more of that product for Vitamin D, 1 more for Calcium and 9 more for Vitamin C!!!!!!!! Crazy Making........
